  The feel was very relaxed. The meal was not one of my top 20. I would eat there again if I ran out of gas right I'd I was very hungry. Although if I was only slightly hungry and ran out of gas I would walk the short 3 miles to hoodsport.

  Regular couple times a month to one of the few places to eat within a few miles of Hoodsport (North about 2 miles). The interior offers no-frills setting and sometimes you'll find the service running about bit thin with longer waits and chance to chat it up with the locals. But once the food arrives off the broad menu, you'll get generous servings of good tasting food including anytime breakfast.

  We stopped because it was past lunch time and it looked OK.
  
  We saved it for future trips because it was great. Nice people, friendly atmosphere, great service and the food was perfect. I had fish and chips, the wife had chowder.
  
  In terms of fancy or great views no, but it is a classic, the American diner with great food, lots of it and a comfortable feel to it.
